Description
Pull request #61 adapts `html-utils` to TTS-based production needs, notably by copying over custom attributes in a the `http://www.daisy.org/ns/pipeline/tts` namespace.
Ideally, this soft "dependency" should be removed. Possibly by using `data-*` attributes instead, or by systematically copying over all custom namespaced attributes from the source root `html` element.
