Consider renaming "DTBook to braille" to "DTBook to print braille"

With the addition of DTBook to eBraille, "DTBook to braille" is not specific enough anymore. Something like "DTBook to print braille" would be more accurate.

(An alternative would be to merge the DTBook to braille" and "DTBook to eBraille" scripts, as suggested [here](https://github.com/daisy/pipeline-modules/issues/82#issuecomment-2129310964), but this is not trivial to do.)
