Error with script "zedai-to-epub3" when using the command-line interface

Description
I use the DAISY Pipeline2 Version 1.9 on Windows 7 64bit. When starting the script "zedai-to-epub3" in cli, I get this error message
`Found ZedAI document in fileset but not in memory. Please load the ZedAI document into memory before converting it.`
The same script works fine when I start it via WebUI. For Testing I use the zedai-sample `alice.xml` which comes with the DAISY Pipeline 2.
