Alt-text Image Descriptions and Image Captions

There needs to be a way to provide information within the ebraille file to differentiate any automatically generated alt-text for images that may have come along as part of the conversion process, formal image descriptions that may be stored as metadata within the source file, actual image captions placed as part of the text itself, and transcriber generated alt-text, image descriptions, etc. All of these alternatives can provide helpful and important data, but may be entirely or partially overlapping. A plan needs to be generated to help us optimize these alternatives so they are all available while limiting redundancy
