Ability to link multiple graphics

I am a braille content creator and I would like to link multiple tactile graphics so that the braille user can access them in sequence and understand each to be a part of a greater whole.

Reasons for linking multiple graphics could vary. One possible reason is that a tactile graphic could be too complicated to render as a single graphic and so it would be better to break it down into multiple simpler graphics. Another reason might be that the images are presented this way in the original text and so the content creator wants to link the tactile versions in a similar manner.

*Proposal:*
It should be possible to link multiple graphics in the new file format. I don't know the best way to handle this request. It could be through the markup related to the images. A compromise could be to just ensure that the tactiles are presented in the desired sequence but as singular files and with some indication to the user about how the content should be understood, which wouldn't require any special considerations from the new file format.
