Create an exemplar of a public domain book containing technical materials

- Focus: Mathematical notation, equations, lists, tables, and diagrams.
- Good for showcasing items involving the pre-tag, could potentially highlight braille code changes, and should include tactile graphics

Must be public domain. It would be good if it was a textbook or some other work related to education but this is not required. The entire work does not need to be transcribed.

Success criteria is that the file uses the recommendations in the Best Practices, fully follows the spec itself, and can pass a validation check.
