Description
I checked a fixed layout epub and was surprised i only get returned errors about lang attribut.
I finally found the fixed layout information in the metadata tab (rendition:layout | pre-paginated).
I feel this should be advised in the first page, as fixed layout is of no use for most of the publics with specifics needs.
