Feature: Include Image Column "Presentation"

Description
If an images is marked role="presentation" we should give the reviewer this information for two reasons.
1. to help speed up the manual process.
2. if it is marked as presentation and has alttext something other than "" this is an obvious error. and I think should be flagged.
