Unable to install 1.46 - Windows 11 Home (25H2)

Similar to the last issue, but while installing 1.46 successfully removed 1.36, it did not fully install 1.46 - I ended up with the uninstaller program as the only file in the new installation folder. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times, then tried reinstalling 1.36 and it does the same, the only file I end up with is the uninstall executable.
Both 1.36 and 1.46 end up in C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Programs\Ace by DAISY\Uninstall Ace by DAISY.exe
I even tried the 1.47alpha to see if that might resolve the issue and had the same result again...
Running AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core Processor 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor.
I'm lost for ideas at the moment, so any suggestions would be welcome, and happy to provide whatever additional information would be useful to help resolve the issue.
