add aria-details to image info

This is partly for the ace core code set, but it would be helpful to include whether aria-details has been used to provide a description for an image. Currently, only aria-describedby is captured/listed in the image info tab.

Start by tracing the image info tab and the existing aria-describedby handling in the ACE core code set. Add equivalent reporting for aria-details when it provides an image description, and verify that both attributes are captured and listed in the image information.
