Changing the number of rows per page breaks results

Description
When reviewing the metadata tab, I had 16 results. I clicked to the second page and then tried changing the number of rows to 25 to see the full list, but instead got a blank page listing results "26-16/16":
The same appears to happen no matter how many results or what page you're on. The feature only works correctly from the first page.
