Option to view violations by location or by violation type

I think there's a strong case for viewing by violation type rather than location; why not offer both options?

Books often have repeated errors throughout, and organizing by violation would be a more effective view in many cases, rather than a linear list of 1600 errors, you could have 5 problem areas.
