Description
In `braille.rs`, the function `i_start_ueb` should be generalized. It is used for non-Nemeth languages. It looks up language/script indicators in `UEB_PREFIXES`, but there should be a set for each different code that is used.
Test cases need to be written since none of the tests currently fail.
