Description
What would be the default project software frameworks? e.g., Tensorflow, Pytorch, and other scaffolds such as NLTK?
And for project structure, I find [stanford cs230]("https://github.com/cs230-stanford/cs230-code-examples)'s framework works well for research type of paper implementations.
