Description

```
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Disabled Opera in DW (WhiteList mode so no internet for it)
2. Try open any page: no internet for OperaMobile, fine
3. Go: Settings->Wirless & Networks, Mobile Networks
4. Turn off "Data enabled"
5. Turn on "Data enabled"
6. Try Opera again, Internet is working
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After restarting data connection DW should be working again but it does not
apply rules automatically again till I do it in DW/Widget myself
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
DroidWall 1.5.0 (market), OperaMobile 11 (market)
phone Nexus One 2.3.3, stock unlocked rooted rom, net via 3G
Please provide any additional information below.
Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the report. Reproduce the Android 2.3.3 scenario by disabling and re-enabling mobile data while OperaMobile is blocked, then trace where DroidWall reapplies rules; done means blocked applications remain blocked automatically after the data connection restarts.
