Ability to Select and Copy Text from search results

At the moment, users are unabel to select text in the search results. You can copy the whole search data with the copy button.

Would like to allow users to select certain text in their grep or search results

Start by locating the search or grep results UI and the existing copy button behavior. Check how result text is displayed and determine the interaction needed to select part of it; done means users can select and copy a chosen portion of search results while the existing whole-results copy remains available.
