MacOS 15.2 always asks for permissions when writing files

### Description

Every time I try to save a file to desktop or documents folder the OS pops up asking `“NotepadNext” would like to access files in your Documents folder.`
Notepad next is already allowed access to these folders, but it still happens every time.
I'm not sure if its a bug with the OS, or with this app, or a configuration setting of some sort. All I do know is that saving files from within Geany does not cause these repeated popups.

1. Try to save a document to `desktop` or `documents` folders.
