Feature request - Clone to another view

### Description

A feature from the original Notepad++ - the ability to have the text file opened multiple times, and editing in one panel will have other panels of the same file be in sync. This is useful if you want one panel to be scrolled in one area you'll be back on and the other panel you'll be temporally on when checking things.
