Description
### Description
A feature from the original Notepad++ - the ability to have the text file opened multiple times, and editing in one panel will have other panels of the same file be in sync. This is useful if you want one panel to be scrolled in one area you'll be back on and the other panel you'll be temporally on when checking things.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified. Start by tracing how the editor manages documents and views, then compare the requested behavior with Notepad++'s clone-to-view feature. Done means the same file can be opened in multiple panels and edits remain synchronized while each panel keeps its own scroll position.
Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
