Description

Issue

Long K/V lists that overrun their container, such as on science DB (#1924), science info (if #2648 is implemented), and custom functions, can't be navigated, leading to some items not being rendered.

Suggested fix

Implement scrolling and/or paginated containers, either specifically for K/Vs or generically for layout elements.

Research direction

No file or test is named. Start by locating GuiKeyValueDisplay and the K/V lists used by science DB, science info, and custom functions, then review issue #1924 and possibly #2648 for affected cases. Done means long lists remain navigable and all items can be rendered through scrolling or pagination.
