Description
Issue
Due to render ranges, nebulae unexpectedly disappear from Top-Down 3D View when fully zoomed out, which moves the camera just outside of render range.
Expected behavior
Nebulae remain visible when zoomed out of Top-Down 3D View.
Suggested fix
Either disable or extend render limits on nebulae when in Top-Down 3D view.

Research direction
Start by locating the nebula rendering and render-range logic used by the Top-Down 3D View, then reproduce the issue by fully zooming out. Done means nebulae remain visible at the maximum zoomed-out view without disrupting their normal rendering range.
