Description
As a followup to #2417 the science screen need to have more ways to be able to monitor RGB signals in a minimalist way.
Potential ideas include
- a VU meter like peak indication (example https://www.youtube.com/shorts/CT3ARg-s1N8)
- the ability to chose the scale of the RGB signals with sliders. @aBlueShadow was playing with space allocated and signal gain which is a really cool idea and very simple to implement, see attached screenshot.
- As we zoom them out we might have enough space to superpose them while keeping them readable.

Research direction
Start by reading the science screen implementation and the context from issue #2417. Choose and specify one concrete RGB monitoring behavior from the proposed peak indication or adjustable scale ideas before estimating the affected work. Done should mean the selected display behavior is implemented and its readability can be verified in the science screen.
