Description

I believe that this slight "problem" is already known but it was pointed out to me last week.
When you change the language in the options, even when going back, the keyboard shortcuts are not translated. You have to close the game and reopen it for the translations to take effect. You need to know this when you are unfamiliar with EE so you don't create shortcuts thinking the translation doesn't work. That's what happened.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Reproduce the language change in the options, including returning from the options screen, and trace when keyboard shortcut translations are loaded; done means the translated shortcuts update without closing and reopening the game.
