If you enable the obfuscation option, the connection is not established

Reproduce the failure with the Hysteria2 node `hysteria2://pass@host:443/?obfs=salamander&obfs-password=pass` on the reported dae, Fedora, and kernel versions. Trace the Hysteria2 obfuscation handling and verify that a connection can be established when the obfuscation option is enabled.
