Description
## Context
As part of the roadmap in #156, we will like to extend` CI Modularity` further. Proposed features include but are not limited to the followings:
- [ ] Add modularity support for `release-related` builds - #192
- [x] Add `post-build` seed workflow from [@daeuniverse/ci-seed-jobs](https://github.com/daeuniverse/ci-seed-jobs) - #218
- [ ] Refactor `seed-release-build` with composite actions within the same project scope.
- [ ] Add `docs-sync-related` seed-workflow and seed-actions
- [x] Add `check-runs` report - #218
