Implement declarative web component driven by props/signals from the dmax.js

Idea is to implement datastar rocket like cwc declaration binding to support wrapping and isolating existing libraried (eg. maps, charts, etc) as a webcomponent. But defi e it declaratively as template tag with data-wc attribute.

Research how and what is Datastar Rocket and implement it as highly integrated part of dmax lib. I am expecting 90 percent of functions with 10 percent of code done, with the escape hatch for the rest.

Remember that we already have data-dump using template for item/items rendering. We may integrate one with another, because datastar also uses similar approach in rocket or we may be inventive and do a different/simpler/functionslity equivalent design.
