Binder failing

**Describe the bug**
Binder install fails:

```
Pip subprocess error:
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement lazrs
ERROR: No matching distribution found for lazrs

CondaEnvException: Pip failed
```

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to https://mybinder.org/v2/gh/daavoo/pyntcloud/master
2. Wait a bit
3. See error

Working notebook
