guidance on rendering timevisBasic outside of a shiny app, within RStudio; sizing policy

@daattali I've been working on a couple of shiny widgets (igvShiny, cyjShiny) and stuck on these two problems - which may be related:

1. How to use a widget (yours or mine) within RStudio (rather than in a shinyApp, which I understand)
2. Appropriate use and testing of the HTMLwidget sizing policy

Perhaps these topics are covered in your tutorial? I failed to find them, but may have just overlooked them.
