Currently {dash2} manually implements fixes to https://github.com/plotly/dashR/issues/257 https://github.com/plotly/dashR/issues/258 https://github.com/plotly/dashR/issues/259 . If they get fixed, then {dash2} code can be simplified to not include such logic.
