Research direction
No source file or test is identified. Reproduce the delay in ImageGlass 9.2.1.202 on Windows 11 24H2 by opening JPEG files, then trace the image-loading path and compare the initial blurry rendering with the completed image. Done means JPEGs become clear without the reported two-second wait.
