Thumbnails not loading correctly suddenly, instead shows uninformative logo

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set IG as default image file viewing app
2. Open File Explorer with a folder with images
3. Refresh in File Explorer

Actual behavior

When looking at a folder with images in File Explorer, IG refreshes every loaded image thumbnail into the default logo instead of a thumbnail of the image. If I refresh the folder i can see the thumbnails sequentially loading correctly and sequentially being replaced by the useless logo.

Expected behavior

See the thumbnails of the images on my PC of the actual image each file contains rather than a generic logo that doesn't tell me anything. Have a setting to toggle how the thumbnails are displayed (maybe).

Additional context

I used an older version (I didn't take note of it) for a while and in the last few days I started having this issue with the thumbnails without updating or doing anything with the settings. I updated the app to the latest version and the problem persists. I don't see a setting for toggling this either.

No source file, test, or entry point is named. Reproduce on Windows 10 with ImageGlass 9.1.8.723 set as the default image viewer, then inspect the thumbnail behavior after refreshing a folder in File Explorer. Done means image thumbnails remain visible instead of being replaced by the generic ImageGlass logo.
