It'd be really cool if when you right clicked in the thumbnail pane to have a "filter by filetype..." option where it would give you a dialog with all the file types (shown in the thumbnail pane) as checkboxes.
I just had to look for .psd files so it was hard to see which was a .psd and which was .jpg/.png
