Two Issues regarding "Per 15% Life" Section and Group-Buff Section

Description
- the hover on the defense section "Per 15% Life" states that the Amethyst gives 22% Life. Amethyst is 23% life though (not sure if this is just a description error or also a calculation error).
- The Group Buff Section for the Barb: Clicking the Threatening Shout - Falter Skill correctly shows an additional Checkbox for the Ninety Savages (2pc). The Warcry Skill does not.
