Gazing Demise Manitou DPS incorrect

Description
The attack rate increase on Spirit Barrage - Manitou from Gazing Demise is currently not being factored in its DPS calc, from what i understand it's supposed to be equal to the damage increase roll per phantasm and is therefore off by a factor of 4-5.5 currently.
