Witch Doctor--Enforcer Gem and Mask of Jeram not showing

First wanted to say, you maintaining this planner is amazing in the state of the game.
I noticed a couple things and hope if you can look into. I only play witch doctor and noticed:
1. Enforcer gem is not showing anywhere?
2. Mask of jerum is not showing as added elemental

I'm pretty sure Blizz has confirmed that phantasms are considered pets
