Exception while downloading Warcraft III 1.30.0.9900

Steps to reproduce:

Win32 Debug build in Visual Studio 2017 (probably will happen in any other Visual Studio)

1) Run BlizzGet
2) Program Code: w3, Region: US
3) Click "Next"
4) Select build: 2aa787736e88e43f6ace0a4ac897fc8f (1.30.0.9900-retail)
5) Click "Next"
6) In the "Build Tags" page, select "enUS; Any; Any" and click "+"
7) Click "Next"
8) Select download location and click "Start" and let is download what it can
9) After some time, there's exception in data.cpp(511) - looks like the downloader loaded a file in bad format
