Add a Delete Buzz, at the Front-end Level

Description
Users are asking for the ability to "Delete" a.k.a. "Hide" Buzz's at the frontend level.
To do this, we need to add a "Delete" button to every Buzz + Comment.
It wouldn't delete it from the blockchain, but it would delete it from appearing on our website (D.Buzz).
