Let users share parts of Buzz's of other users to Twitter

Description
Right now, users can only share a Buzz to Twitter via the Buzz-to-Twitter shortcut if it is their own Buzz
-> Make it so users can share other people's Buzz's to Twitter easily BUT, cut out the person's caption so it would only open the links that were Buzzed instead of the full Buzz.
This was users can share the links that other people Buzz without copying people's captions.
