Use OpenLineage API (or other similar tooling) as basis for CytoTable Paquet metadata output

CytoTable includes metadata in Parquet file output. It'd be nice to align these keys and values with something like [OpenLineage's API](https://openlineage.io/apidocs/openapi/) to keep consistent with emerging data management patterns. This likely touches on #150 where we could move certain values like the input structure to metadata fields (instead of returns).
