Add 3D / z-slice scroll bar for image display selection

We could add a 3D / z-slize scroll bar for image display selection when working with 3 or more dimensional images. This might work like #91, where there's a scroll bar that enables all images in a column to be changed to a specific z-slice when working with this type of data.
