Originally mentioned in cytomining/CytoTable#147 by @kenibrewer :
> I've been thinking it might be a good idea to create a [copier](https://copier.readthedocs.io/en/stable/) template for shared tooling, documentation and best practices for the cytomining community. It would be great if we could push a change like this one to that template and then automatically open pull requests in all the cytomining repos with an update to the latest version of the template.
