Status Bar Shows Red Color of Native Alpha

Can the status bar color match the website color instead of red?

I thought using fullscreen mode might help but it just vanishes the status bar and replaces it with black cutout.

Please add options for both:
1. Neutral Status Bar color
2. Full screen makes the screen actually full screen and not a black cut out
