What is the motivation for your feature request? Please describe what you want to use it for.
@gonuke identified in his review of #433 that we don't have a definition of mutual requests on the website. This term is currently used in the tutorial.
How can this issue be closed?
Add mutual requests and a definition for it to the Cyclus glossary on the website, and link to this definition in appropriate places on the website.
