Description
In thread 897, Heather says...
"Argh, I've just found another bug in Cyclescape. I hit the "photo" button thinking that I could link a photo to what I've just typed in only to find it's lost what I've just typed in."
I don't think she means that the text is lost by flipping between tabs, but that putting something under text and then under photo only posts the photo and ignores the text.
I made exactly this same mistake when first using cyclescape. I think it would be better if the ancillary things were actually attachments, not separate messages. Inserting images in line would help to illustrate a point. Currently its a bit like old books that grouped their photos into pages separate from the text because they needed to use different paper.
But if you have material in more than one tab, it should at least tell you and give you the opportunity to correct it.

Research direction
Reproduce the flow described in thread 897: enter text, switch to the photo tab, and submit both. Read the surrounding posting and tab-handling code to determine the current behavior; done means the user is warned before mixed tab contents are discarded, or both contributions are handled together as the issue specifies.
