Description

e.g. Eric Booth was created as a duplicate account when I tried to add him to the Bristol group. Other times I tried to add him, it added his new account even once disabled.

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reproducing the group-invitation flow with an existing user and a disabled user, then trace where account matching and creation occur. Done means inviting a user does not create a duplicate account or add a new account when the existing account is disabled.
