Description
The new design files will arrive as HTML/CSS from @Siequnu on 11th December.
These will be added in a new branch.
They will be provided as a full page of HTML, so @nikolai-b will need to convert to HAML and split into Partials presumably.
The design mockups can be seen at:

Research direction
Start with the redesign mockups at https://blog.cyclescape.org/2021/10/31/redesign-drafts/ and the HTML/CSS files when they arrive. No source file or test is named, so the existing frontend structure will need to be located before converting the full page to HAML and splitting it into partials. Done means the supplied design is integrated in the new branch.
