Schema reference not found with -f option

Description
I only discovered this by using [these patches](https://github.com/cybertk/ramlev/pull/29), but if $ref is used to refer to another schema file, and the -f and -d options are used, the schema file is opened but for some reason, is still reported as missing. At least, on my machine.
