Description

Split off https://github.com/cxw42/TabFern/issues/35#issue-256106221

In a partially-open window that is longer than the window when expanded, deleting a closed tab down below causes the window to scroll back to the top. May be related to the recently-fixed jstree issue - see #102.

Tested in v0.3.0-pre.1.

Research direction

Reproduce the issue in a partially-open window that is longer than its expanded view, using the closed-tab deletion scenario described here. Read the related jstree issue #102 and compare the behavior in v0.3.0-pre.1. Done means deleting the lower closed tab no longer scrolls the window to the top.
