Description
1. All other vsc extensions are disabled
2. CK3 installed at + cwtools.cache.ck3 set to `C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Crusader Kings III`
3. Log level set to diag in ext settings
4. Hovering anything displays a blank tool tip
