CWTools does not load projects on HOI4

From about mid-December CWTools no longer loads projects from a folder of a MOD so it can't debug.
Before everything worked perfectly

Everything stops at "loading project..." (I even waited 10 hours) without any error message (see screenshot belowe)

HOI4 VANILLA is updated to the latest DLC

I work with a macbook air M2 with Sequoia 15.2

I try with and without "Paradox Syntax Highlighting" extension

I also tried with another MAC with macOS Ventura 13.1 and this message appears:
