Description
Simulations of the core/dart configuration stops when the Mach number is around 2 (but works for M1.1), due to "the maximum number of iterations" being exceeded.
It has been suggested this has to do with the thermophysical properties of the simulation, namely the fact that OpenFOAM stops the simulation once T reaches too higher a value, or goes negative.
